The card itself was lovely - just perfect. The packaging could be sturdier /better though. While it is not in any way the seller's fault that our postie folded it to get it through the letterbox, either packing it with a piece of card rather than just in an envelope, or marking it do not bend would have helped. As mentioned though the quality of the card was brilliant.

The book is absolutely beautiful, and everything was done so promptly. I received the design within less than 24 hours of ordering, and it was dispatched the next day.
Unfortunately the book was slightly damaged in transit (a bent corner), but as soon as I informed the seller of this they arranged for a new one to be sent out the very next morning, and ensured that there was extra bubble wrap on the corners to protect it. It arrived in pristine condition.
Even with the replacement book being sent out, I had my final product less than a week after ordering.
